Haven't you learned anything from the last ten years http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/ohwell.gif

Damned decent of them, really.

I think it's fair to say that a season where Palace are fourth with eight games gone, with Leicester and West Ham not far behind them is pretty bloody odd.

start. United looking ok but we just beat them they are still a long way off, City look the strongest but not that convincing either.

It's a good chance. Though I say that every year.

Of course the big anomaly so far is Chelsea.

Other than their lowly position, I don’t think the table is looking that odd at all. You usually get a couple of outliers "in and around" the top four at this stage.

episode in his interview with MOTD on Saturday, which was heartening.

But then a narcissist being publicly confronted with his own failures and shortcomings usually results in some sort of comical meltdown.

On a sobering note, we're only 8 games in and United are largely in a false position.
I can see them dropping points at Everton and City in their next two games.

The best thing about it is that it's likely to get worse as he continues to alienate his players. :cloud9:

football.

How can it be that in such a lucrative and high profile industry, no-one was there to explain to Mourinho that saying what he said was fundamentally and on every level a singularly bad idea?

I include Wenger in this too. At a time when Arsenal fans pay such high ticket prices while money sits in the bank unspent, he is playing a very dangerous game to treat them with such contempt .

Contempt that they deserve, obviously, but that is another matter.

listen to any such advice or wield too much power within their respective clubs for a mere PR to be authorised to advise them.

Also, can you imagine what our fans would say if it turned out we were paying someone a quarter of a mill a year plus just to tell AW not to say stupid ****? Tim Payton would be all over Sky Sports News moaning about it.

So much so, in fact, that you could say it's his MO.

get f**ked off with him being going increasingly mad and being an embarrassment. It'll happen again with Chelsea - even though they're a club with a higher embarrassment threshold than most due to having virtually no reputation to besmirch.

Yeah, I think our obsession with money, especially other people's money, has been the biggest strategic error we've made.

That was bizarre too. The bit about Costa being 'found guilty by images'. What the f**k does that mean? Is Mourinho now complaining about actual rock solid evidence being used by the FA in their decision making? :hehe:

Cech 11m Per 8M Cazorla 15m?

I wonder what we paid for Walcott and Ramsey in total in the end.
