Details the rights that the people have that the GOVERNMENT cannot infringe upon. Among those are the right to worship how they please, right to Free Speech, the right to Peacefully Assemble, the right of a Free Press, and the right to petition the Government about its grievances.

Unlike what Fast Eddie thinks, this does not give the press the right to stand on someone's property and harass individuals, though he received laughs from the peanut gallery. Instead it prevents the government from restricting what the press can say.

An amazing document, the constitution. Our President should read it some time.
