But the news always seems to run late and the second I turn over is the exact time they show the football results. Very annoying I often ignore the scores for the other games so I can watch the highlights and enjoy them.

you take a photo of him without his knowledge and post in on your facebook and moan about him :hide:

Rather than confront the person about his annoying behaviour?

I'll set up a sister site called cycle****s.com.

Nothing could be worse than being teased on the highlights by Chelsea going 2-0 down only for them to claw their way back. By knowing the result, however, I just knew not to bother with it.

Peeple co-founder Julia Cordray is not only evil but seriously f**king thick: "With any new concept there is naturally fear.

"When the people found out that the Earth was round instead of flat and that we revolved around the Sun instead of the Sun revolving around us, naturally people were upset and confused and they pushed back with all that they had."

Yes, because the two things are JUST the same.

instead had come up with yet another way for people to be c**ts to one another on the internet, they could have been as good as her. :hehe:

I wouldn't shed an iota of sympathy for anyone stupid enough to create a profile on there.

I wonder if this is to be part of the 'everybody wants to be in the limelight' craze that's pervaded contemporary life.

Libel laws vary from place to place, the internet doesnt really need to live anywhere, mostly as it's everywhere.

People need to explain the internet to the government more.

audience in this country and read in this country can be actioned in this country. The difficulty is not one of jurisdiction, it's one of liability and attribution. Certainly the posters themselves are liable, it's more a question of whether the host is as well.

Nor do the poor sods who get dragged over the coals by rich and powerful people who want to ruin honest, hard working f**kers in their own country by trying them somewhere they cant afford the fees to get to, never mind be represented in.

It's a mean old scene

Although Northern Ireland and consequently the republic (which follows NI's libel laws for some reason - presumably because they're too idle to come up with their own) haven't adopted these aspects of the new laws, so you're going to see more actions brought over there. That threat was what stopped that Scientologist movie 'Going Clear' being shown on Sky. It would have been fine in the UK, but not in Northern Ireland and - since Sky don't have regional broadcasting - it couldn't be shown.

quite how blatant and mindbendingly vulgar scientology was until now. I knew they were wronguns, but didn't really appreciate the scale.
