Guys I start my new job tomorrow but going to have to call in sick as I am having a panic attack

thinking about it. Also it means I will lose my benefits and therefore unable to afford the rent on my new council apartment so will have to quit unfortunately.

I am just not comfortable being outdoors or with people which is why I avoid leaving my bedsit. I will have to call in sick tomorrow and hand in my notice but at least I made an effort
