Pulled pork’s not supposed to be eaten in sandwich. Ciabatta at a push, but common or garden bread? No.

No offence, like.

And, just so you know, it was a baguette.

And now I'm eating my birthday cake. :vsign:

And you can stick your "foodie cred" up your non-kosher arse, just because your girlfriend pays for you to go to expensive restaurants it doesnt mean you know anything other than what you're told.

that even I can be bothered to prepare it. Especially when the dish is associated with having had lots to drink.

c**t".

But seriously, I’m glad you got to experience a simulacrum of civilised life with a pulled pork baguette for your lunch. I hope it doesn’t dilute the fantasy if I tell you that fast food chain Subway also serves pulled pork nowadays. In a baguette - natch.

The pig was from a farm not three miles down the road in the same dale as my house.

Of course, I didnt feel the need to mention this as 'foodie cred' doesnt mean that much to me but I believe to the people that care about that sort of thing this would constitute some magical, almost unatainable foodie nirvana.

I actually ask for my meat burned to a crisp in restaurants as the chefs will generally only do it medium/well done.

Beause chefs are egomaniacal arseholes of the highest order and the last people you should pay any attention to.

It should be an introspective moment for you, though, when Monty tries to lure you into food****ery by appealing to your prejuduces against outlets like Subway and, by extension, the people that use them.
