Not all of course but the people who seem to take offence at the very slightest thing and beyond merely being offended they are often apoplectic with rage.

I take calls on a weekly basis from angrys, demanding my name for subsequent legal actions or more often than not the media threat of “I am going to the radio with this”.

The crime? These people have received a letter from a business that they did not wish to receive a letter from.

Put the f**king letter in the bin you ridiculous gob****e.

Naturally my telephone manner is hugely more professional than the above.
