His would appear to be a fairly forensic analysis of calorie intake. I am not really sure how one would even begin to go about such a task.

Surely one just tries to eat well, or healthily, most of the time. Coupled with a reasonable level of exercise then one is golden.

Anyway, we got there at about 2.15 and they didn't have any roast beef left, so the landlord said he'd do me a 8oz sirloin steak instead for the same price. Result imo.
