in past windows there have been shortages.. but it will be stretching it to claim that there was no one available who could have improved our squad (other than cech) in this one.
looks like we wanted everyone else to spend their tv dosh first and it backfired.
my agent friend told me two years ago that we had not been a well run club since dein left and no one manages wenger anymore. he may have been right.
oh well - at least I saw gunnersaurus last night
