a pipe leading to it leaked because he didn't connect it properly. The new boiler also has a drip. The engineer came back but failed to fix it. Before we could pass the pressure test we had to get some valve in the bathroom replaced which the pressure tester found a tiny weeny drip with a massive 3 bar of pressure (which the system will never actually have). When the plumber finally turned up after dicking us about for weeks he knocked the waste pape so when I went to use the sink after he'd gone water flooded everywhere from the waste pipe. When he came back he castigated the 'bad design' and didn't even apologise for his **** work.

Eventually the pressure test guy came, and it passed, and the next thing is for the insurer to send a surveyor round, but the loss adjuster who arranges this has been on holiday for weeks.

So still nothing is happening, and we are camped in a corner of the room while half our stuff is in storage.

I'm starting to find it all a bit much now.
