our transfer policy is a bit of a joke. We always seem to be going into deadline day with underwhelming signings to that point then do a bit of a supermarket sweep. Occasionally we get a quality item (eg Ozil) but more often a few spares (Arteta, Wellbeck) and sometimes feck all even though there have been obvious gaps needing to be filled.
