Anyway, it was sent off for testing and came back as a perfectly harmless (other than the pain) dermoid cyst. Surgeon did very well, actually - wounds nice and tidy now too.

Sadly she had to have all sorts of tackle whipped out as there was some Big C in there, bad business all in all.

Glad to hear she's on the mend now, and doubtless will be tapping you up for another holiday.

I'm trying out minced brisket with finely chopped chorizo worked through it, some oregano and a dash of ketchup.

I suspect it will be a little de trop.

No, brioche buns with burgers are a hideous idea, imo.

Waitrose do some very good bog standard burger buns.

in a food processor. This makes the whole thing much more cohesive, gives a good texture and means there is no need for any binding agents such as egg or breadcrumbs.
