Brendan Rodgers saw the funny side as Arsene Wenger voiced his frustration over a disallowed goal during Arsenal's 0-0 draw with Liverpool.

Wenger saw Aaron Ramsey's eighth-minute goal incorrectly ruled out for offside with Martin Skrtel playing the Welshman on.

It was the second time in seven days that Liverpool have benefited from an assistant referee's flag after their controversial winner at home to Bournemouth last week.

Rodgers smiled afterwards: "His shirt looks offside. Great decision by the linesman."


He knows he got away with it. Like his son.
