It was called “Fed Up” and was about childhood obesity.

According to this documentary, the cause of the obesity epidemic is that for decades people had been falsely led to believe that all calories are the same and that a tub of ice cream and bowl of almonds of the same calorific content have exactly the same effect on the metabolic system. And this is why people are fat. Because the food industry cynically made them believe eating a tub of ice cream is no worse than eating a bowl of almonds. My word.

of trying to explain the effect of food on the human body. However, I don't think it's the food industry that did this, so much as the diet industry.

But yes. Obviously any discussion of obesity that absolves the person shoving **** into their face of responsibility for doing so is fundamentally idiotic.
