The inferiority of the player in relation to players such as Ramsey or Cazorla is not relevant, nor is his suitability for PL involvement, it is simply a case that he played very well in Asia or the Emirates Cup so get him in.

It is no personal slight on Zelalem who I believe may have had actual first team involvement in a real game as the season progressed, it is simply the nature of football supporters who love to see a young cub come through and on occasion are in (too much of) a rush to do so.

Different environments in terms of playing and training, the physical side of the game which I am sure will be very different to playing U-21 or whatever level he does with us.
