Sounds like a lot of money to me. Don't park it in Hackney. Someone might get jealous and key it.

Brentwood
08-18-2015, 10:28 AM
some jealous individual is going to damage it when it's parked somewhere? I'd be constantly nipping back to check up on it

It's just the mindset of the perpetrator that's disturbing, really.

and will then go and get the pram. I think she wants the navy one if it's a boy and the brown one if it's a girl. Brown and **** go well together apparently :-|

Probably wouldn't get the pushchair this early but they've got a promotion where they chuck in a free Stokke car seat with it so might as well get it now and save the 2200kr. Also takes about 10 weeks to come.

Brentwood

200-300 and then 150-200 for each ectra panel... might add a bit on top as a luxury car but no way does it cost 9000 to repair properly... the paint they use isn't any better than the paint all the other manufacturers use

We went for an Emmaljunga one. It's built like a tank which you need when the snow comes or you take trips into the forest. Get a 4 wheel one, it's much easier in cities and off road

Just check it fits in your boot OK when you fold it up

Good luck with the scan. We've got our second daughter on the way, due December 24th :hehe:

Now I know the lad did well for himself from various television programmes but that is a serious level of wealth he has accumulated.

And yet so very, very annoying.

Plus he owns the production company that makes those TV programmes.

A clever chapo, clearly. And so, so irritating.

Nothing as stupid or gullible as new parents.

I say that not as criticism by the way, been there and done it etc.

I wish you all the very best of luck and of course am always available for top notch and on occasion free advice.

I don't keep abreast of such things I must say. He would not make any news or headlines here so since my return to the green island in 2002 I have become ignorant of such current affairs.

Geldof made his money from similar ownership of television production things.

when you have to push it around every day for 2.5 years, often in deep snow, up and down really steep hills etc

You can re-sell them second hand and get back 80% of the price anyway

I do agree with you on some things though, the amount of crap i bought for number 1 and never used

I then within a year had bought a different smaller one while retaining the Bugaboo, then when the second came along another Phil + Teds thing for both and then a McLaren for travelling.

You buy what you want or what you can afford, the latter especially irrelevant as you do not want to scrimp for what has just become the most important thing in your life.

It is the manufacturers application of terms such as "All Terrain" which paints a mental image of parents piling up the side of a mountain like a human 4x4 with the baby in tow.

Perhaps of relevance where you both are in Scandinavia where the weather can be brutal but generally in the UK if the weather is such the parent simply won't go out.

compared to what you generally see here. All the ones here are f**king massive with huge wheels whereas the ones in Mothercare were like little fancy ones.

When I saw style I mean not looking like a c**t as opposed to jeans so tight the bloodflow to your ankles may stop coupled with eye-glasses which you don’t really need.

Just make sure you know how to fold it. I made a right c**t out of myself the day I bought mine, and then a few days later when I brought the ‘faulty’ buggy back.
