I tried the Szechuan at Gloucester Green a couple of weeks ago. Also very authentic; all the other customers were chinee, but I didn't think it as good as Sojo.

At least, one can be sure that the restaurant isn't serving the sort of bland Cantonese / Eltham High Street mash up that we think of as 'chinese' food.

Whilst I'm happy to be as racist as the next man, 'm not disturbed by the wiley oriental scarfing his daily b. next to me, as long as he keeps the expectoration to a minimum.

Eating in Xi'an in the company of the average Orpingtonian is likely to be much more offensive, imo.
