City have now flogged Jovetic and Dzeko, United have lost their front three.. Falcao's a bit of a gamble, based upon last season and Costa's shaping up to be highly injury prone.
Can't say I'm massively fussed about a much touted striker but if we could sign an able defensive mid and possibly another defender we're going to be there or thereabouts come May ?

If on the other hand, we stick with what we have, pick up a few key injuries and end up third again, I'll be pretty f**king annoyed and any chance at a spot of redemption for AW will be f**ked right out the window.. :-D

Not sure we need an extra defender. we have a quartet of decent full backs and if - and know with us it is a big if - Per and Kos stay fit, Gabriel is hardly going to get a game let alone another lad being bought in. Chambers is fine as back up as well. Agree about the midfielder though - f**k knows who

Better than 2008, and that lot almost won the league.

A glorious 2nd place, imo.

We seem to have been linked with Carvalho for ages at DM but the obvious transfers have already taken place.
We're appear to be now approaching the last isle trolley dash for all managers.
LVG's should be the most entertaining

One who can play DM, centre half and left back. How is Vermaelen doing these days :-)
