And some leftover special fried rice...

Actually, that sounds disgusting, doesn't it? :-(

Honest trencherman's grub.

I've ordered 6kg of pork belly to rotisserie a porchetta, 4kg of brisket to be minced with extra fat to make burgers and 3kg of leg of lamb to be slow cooked in the kettle.

Do you think I should get some chicken as well?

Those ready cooked chickens always seem to appear nice in the supermarket but are never that nice in the end.

sometimes I'll want a takeaway but my wife always says no how about a nice dish of pasta.
yeah it's nice but sometimes I want to eat complete ****.

to crisp up the outside at the end.

You should do a seafood barbeque, too. Very enjoyable indeed.

Why not just drink pints of cancer?

Berni

It won't taste great, but it will look absolutely obscene.

It could get embarrassing if I f**k up.

You see, I thought we needed chicken. V reckons that almost a kilo of meat per head is too much.

Have you considered using sausages as a filler for anyone who's short of meat?

Also, you can get them all pissed and then give them all a chicken when they leave.

so that it tastes like nothing and has the texture of mush seems to me a waste of time.

Perhaps you can't tell the difference?

not that I am obsessed with Frozen foods they came with the flat.

They could have f**ked one off and put a dishwasher there that would have been much better.

The water in it freezes and can alter the texture of muscle fibres but not at a molecular level.

rumour and superstition.

Next you'll be telling me that microwave ovens can't cook your liver.

The only good reason I can see to freeze anything is to put lumps in your whisky.

An awful long time ago, though. :-( Not freezing food leads to chemical decomposition anyway. Thank God for the frozen pea imo, even if all other frozen vegetables are not very nice.

And I don't eat liver under any circumstances.

A large wager would have been placed on History being one of your chosen subjects.

I think fish freezes quite well, at least better than it does if you don't freeze it and don't eat it it very very quickly.
