into law in some states of the US.

In New York and California, this includes the requirement that “consent must be ongoing throughout a sexual activity”

Only this morning I spoke with a mate of mine who has a 3 month old and him bemoaning the ability to go out for "a few pints".

you going out for a few pints on occasion, as long as you can handle the early wake up and aren't expected to do anything remotely useful for an hour or two.

Until the lad is old enough to accompany you to the pub basically.

A few cheeky ****s in the darkroom to boot.

I think his reference to the "few pints" was more a metaphoric analysis of his previous freedom to the new hourly/nightly demands that you and I would both be aware of.

He had to miss a stag last weekend for example, which is perfectly reasonable I think.

p.s. don't you ever try to fool me or suggest you ever nip out "for a few pints on occasion".

At least it can with data protection.

I do not do this.

If by "a few pints" then you mean "a few pints", then this has been known. I am not a total weirdo.

In, out, in, out, you shake it all about.

I simply thought you did not enjoy the experience.

p.s. 8 pints is not a few, it's a good night out and an inevitable discussion at closing time to head on somewhere else.

I would mainly be thinking about how I'm going to feel having a 15-month-old climbing all over me, pounding an iPhone into my head with as much force as he can muster, at 5.30am the next day.

We had years of around 6:30 which to be blunt was a f**king disaster.

We now get 8am sometimes.

Thursday night, 10pm - there was no-one else in there. Apparently it's busy when they do music but dead otherwise. RIP another pub. :-( Meanwhile The Bull is packed all the time. Very popular menu in there. Wrestlers was a bit quiet too.

Never been in the Victoria.

Our good friends at the Flask have left to take over a restaurant in Cornwall. I will miss sitting in their cosy flat looking down on the punters.

Headlining Sunday night.

I would pop up, 5 mins up the road, and gain free entry on the basis of my virtual association with you but I won't be around.

They're up against the Chemicals but should still get a big crowd. I would imagine a lot of the attendees will no longer see the CB as a viable credible act to watch.

Yeah I was offered a ticket but didn't want to get raped/am in Glasgee.

Dunno, Chemical Brothers will get all the drunk, drugged crusties.

Wolf Alice will get all the drunk, drugged, hipsters.

50/50 imo.

Presumably they do an alternate night by night thing in the way that 1-2 UK festivals do.

*******s to going to a festival in Glasgow.

Work, not a festival. First time in Scotland.

Already looking a bit too green out the train window for my liking.
