I think with his type, the idea that he was anti-semitic would genuinely never cross his mind as he vocally supported people and organisations that vilely and explicitly are. Someone like Corbyn is quite capable of calling for the destruction of the Jewish state whilst never for a moment considering what such an eventuality would actually mean in human terms.
