View Full Version : Can't believe I missed the Greek EURO WIMB>>>>> they have 3 options

1. Agree to the bailout terms and be paying bucket loads of cash up for years to come and see the population getting poorer and poorer.

2. Having a messy exit from the EURO, and end up being a basket case for a long time to come.

3. Agreeing a planned exit with the help from Europe and the ECB, then being able to restructure themselves and end up being in amuch better position than now... theiur exit will also end up strengthening the EURO and so is the best choice.

* The last option isn't likely to happen as politicians deal in what can get them re-elected and stuff what is best for the population.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: it simply has no place in a world where lasagne exists.

Mind you, a lamb souvlaki gyro is a toothsome thing.

1. Kick the can down the road and make the banks lots more money

2. Kick the can down the road and make the banks lots more money

3. Kick the can down the road and make the banks more money

Yes, the third one isnt very likely to happen.

with the flavour removed.

Although the thick, greasy flatbreads are good.

I'm a sucker for a good flatbread, though.

Oh, and their cheeses are weird. Either squeaky or crumbly and flavourless. What's that about?

That is generally the whole point of them. You know, shareholders etc.

And you know it was really quite nice.

I embellished it with some ketchup.

Nonna was removing the day's single menu item from the oven - a lassgne of such flavoursomeness, it almost bought a tear to the eye.

When I had finished it, I ordered another portion.

That lasagne will live with me forever.

We also appear to have geared our entire financial system around making them profit at the expense of everyone else.

In truth, it wasn't really needed.

Chips, for all love.

Consider the romance of the moment; the sense of discovery and wonder. It was like I was the first white man to happen upon this place.

They'd never heard of chips, b.

Dipped in the fluorescent orange gloop meant for your prawn balls, they are little less than miraculous.

They are particularly good cold the next morning dipped in the now congealed gloop. I recommend this.

We basically covered the tablecloth and several of our fellow diners with gristle and bone shards.

Taxes on food, water and electricity looool good one. Everything a man needs to live. Good luck with that project.

Will expect them to leave and reinstate their old currency.

The rest of Europe can suck it...although there might be the need to make an example out of the Greeks in case other countries decide that their route is not so bad.

The fall out might hit us worse than Germany....ie falling euro means cheaper exports for the Germans vs our exports.
