baking powder. Crisp, but not that tempura sort of crisp that's too frangible. Cooked in four and a half minutes. The chips (and they were chip shop chips, not French Fries) were also perfect - from earth to mouth in less than an hour. All in all, it was excellent.

I don't know if I want to eat anything at all tonight, though. Far too hot.
