Anyone had experience with driving in Sicily?

I had originally rented a car for four days in Sicily, but after seeing the way they drive here, as well as the dents and scratches in all of the cars parked around here, I decided I rather live.

Has anyone driven a car in Sicily?

It will make everything more complicated,but seeing the madness on the roads changed my mind.

Not being stabbed in Turkey in December and surviving traffic in Sicily.This could be my lucky year.
