I have seen my fair share of kids films over the recent years, some very good, some less so.

Minions was awful though a decent soundtrack including The Kinks and The Who among others.

And the kid directly to my left, not mine I should add, was at times using his chair like a tramampoline. As Sunday morning experiences go it was not up there.

Kids loved it mind you, thought it was hilarious.

The son (8) and daughter (6) thought it was a masterpiece and were still talking about funny parts hours later.

It's just no Lego Movie, if you know what I mean. Nor is it Despicable Me 2.
