I bow to no man in my appreciation of a batty man, but one does wonder what, exactly, he has to be proud of. One doesn't choose one's sexuality, or work hard to achieve it, does one? It's like being proud of having two arms or a spleen.

Invade one. No, invading one probably wouldn't work out too well.

Perhaps gays are like jews, searching for a homeland. Perhaps that's it.

counter productive to the efforts to reduce homophobia.

Let's be honest, the only tolerable homosexual is one that goes about their every day business with little or no reference to their sexuality.

The ones that make a song and dance about it - quite often literally - are enough to test the tolerance of even the most liberal minded fellow.

All I know is that it's a decent bit o bacchanalia and who can argue with that, eh?

Mind you, a gay, jewish communist would start to look like a well decorated scout.

'Gay Shame' would be a very different event.

I remember opining to a gay chap that the best thing would surely be if an event such as Gay Pride were no longer felt necessary, since it would mean that being gay were not considered sufficiently remarkable to warranted. He retorted that this would be a sad turn of events from his point of view given how much action he tended to get at such events.

In fact as I type this I am in my office, dancing.

find that 'she' was a 'trans woman', but still equipped with, shall we say, for the sake of delicacy, a cock and balls. Come the hour, cometh the man, for, as he said, in for a penny, in for a pound.

Yes, he poled 'her' in the arsepart.

be for all the people who give not a stuff about the Beautiful Game.

Then it occurred to me that actually, everyone's invited, included. It's a fiesta/bonanza for *everyone*.

I am not sure I have ever met a Buddhist.

Are those nice friendly people from Hari Krishna buddhists?

gets pretty wearing, doesn't it? It's the ones who seem to think that being gay gives them a free pass to be rude, nasty, spiteful and bitchy in a way that - were they straight - would get them knocked the f**k out that bother me.

There's f**k all Buddhist about wandering around bothering decent people with bells.

I'm not sure how cornholing a tranny fits into that, tbh.

Naturally you can hear them coming a small bit off. I would gaze down on them and think "drugs".

I used to get much free food off them at Glastonbury you know. You may have to chant for a while or if you were lucky play a 'bongo' but you would ultimately received sustenance.

Then later that evening you could **** through the eye of a needle, sometimes the unstoppable calling happening at the most inappropriate times and in the most inappropriate crowds.

Festivals. Don’t be fooled by what people tell you.

0chaps who were, for all intents and purposes, homos: Holmes & Watson, Hacker & Appleby, Higgins & Pickering, people like that.

None of them would ever have been seen dead at a Gay Pride parade though.
