Mind you, this is the man who swears blind his copper bracelet cured his arthritis and thinks that microwaves cook your liver.

Andrew would be sad to see that abomination.

You know that your name describes a rather dusty grade of tea?

Still, it still pales in comparison to what I found out about your surname, I suppose. :-)

I take no credit nor any blame for my surname. It is not a thing of my making.

Of course you don't, but it's not often you find out your pal has a name that involves an arcane reference to naughty bits of antiquity, is it? I would have been remiss not to point it out once I'd found it imo.

I poach the fish, steam the sea asparagus and add a poached egg.

The question remaining is, to f**k about with a Hollandaise or more effort than it's worth?

I must admit I usually use it in fish pies. With the salty samphire is it not all going to be a bit strong?

You'll certainly need something bland to offset things.

I eat it regularly. I prepare it properly so that it is neither stringy nor overly salty, or I order it in restaurants where they can cook properly.

Tea and the Irish - you can't have one without the other!

Tea drinking is one of Ireland’s longest and most loved rituals. It helps us open up, helps us freshen up, helps us find the right words. There's nothing that can't be solved over a cup of tea with friends or family, and Barry's has been part of this great tradition since 1901.
