I suspect it will all fall down and Arsene will end up looking like a right Rumburk.

to sign this turncoat. He was, to put it mildly, shocked and disgusted, and blew his stack. Not often one sees Arsene allow his anger to be seen, says my man, but on this occasion it was more than obvious. Anyway, he immediately cancelled the whole deal. :cloud9:

apartment on the first floor so we'll have to keep her in. I'm going to build a cage for her on the balcony with some platforms so she can still be out and have a look around.

Have you ever done this? She was an indoor cat for the first 3 years of her life, outdoor for the last 2 years*.

*She's not one of those go away for 12 hours outdoor types, more like a couple of hours here and there. Never goes too far from the back door.

We ended up leaning a plank with some carpet tacked to it down from a bay window balcony down to the garden wall below.

Obviously the landlord, who was very clear we shouldnt have pets, came round and busted us.

she never learnt to have a big territory which she has to patrol like outdoor cats tend to do, so you may be lucky in this respect. She might just be unbovvered.

She might do some howling to start with, of course, but cats are amazingly adaptable. She'll get used to it.

genuinely quite upsetting to Chelsea fans. And one must take one's pleasures where one can, mustn't one?

I'm not normally one of these eejits who complains about nouns turning into verbs, but this one really grits my ****.

Try 'move' or 'change' instead imo.

Fritzl the cat?

I did an hour-long net last night, including some time with the coach on the bowling machine. It's probably 25 years since I've been coached and it's fair to say I may have picked up a couple of bad habits in that time. :-

I could barely lift my arms to drive home by the end. :old:

I have sources deep, deep undercover.

locking up women in underground bunkers. Funny how these things seem to happen in spates.

on whether it is dignified for an elderly gentleman such as yourself to continue to engage in sporting activities which are, by definition, suited for the bodies of the youthful?

I flew a lovely little WWll Piper Cub yesterday, as my reintroduction to flying the aircraft of this collection...

I think the boy Fritzl just did it with such nonchalance and aplomb.

compensating somewhat. :-

Are you sure about this? :-( Those things look like they're stuck together with Cow Gum and spit. I'd prefer it if you flew things that were a bit newer, tbh.

Out as needed. Damn nerfherders.

Yes, some of them are a trifle fragile, and most have some awfully peculiar handling characteristics, but they're terrific fun.

He used those actual words. I don't mind telling you that my jaw dropped open and I goggled at the fellow. Then I laughed in his face.

a rather sobering moment as the sick pain crept up into my lower abdomen. :-(

I styled it out, of course. I refused to acknowledge that I was in any discomfort.

enough of a bettring for one lifetime? :-(

momentary fear of being eunuchised. I didn't dare look last night in case it had swollen up, at which point I'd have probably cried and wet myself. :-(

'Sod sponging them, count them!'

You could employ this line simply for the pleasure of the chap's face when he did :hehe:

Better, simpler times when no-one thought the worse of a chap for lovingly rubbing another man's naked form for just a little bit too long.

Though on further inspection it does appear as though he's lost his watch up him.

Why on earth is he there?

Everyone seems OK with it, but it's hard not to think he's enjoying it a little bit too much.

Apart from any other consideration, it's about the only time you ever see the miserable old c**t smiling.

Actually, in that Gerry Francis one, the other pair are pretty funny, too. The incredibly camp-looking rubber with the moustache is unaccountably shirtless while looking straight up the rubbee's most nether of nether parts, while the rubbee looks off camera with an expression that says: 'What? There's nothing weird about this.' :hehe:
