As Cech signs for Arsenal, here's the 15 keepers that Wenger has played since 1996... so, how many could be called 'safe hands'?
Arsene Wenger has played 15 Arsenal keepers... will No 16 Petr Cech be the next David

Petr Cech will become the 16th man to take the gloves at Arsenal since Arsene Wenger arrived in 1996 when he makes the move from Chelsea. It is fair to say some have done it with more distinction than others - for every David Seaman and Jens Lehmann, for example, there is a Rami Shaaban and a Vince Bartram.

the fact that it doesn't cross your mind that it might just actually be bull**** not worth passing off as your own crap is pitiful. For a start, it is inaccurate - Bartram never played under Wenger (and was signed by George Graham) so what the f**k is the point of including him. And why pick out Shaaban as the flop? He was a pretty well-respected keeper, a Swedish international who performed decently enough for us in his handful of games before breaking his leg. Do you actually know anything about the club you claim to support?

You forgot to add that a lot of those were number 2's (quite literally, Clive)

One must ask is there any other club that has had so many goalkeepers come and go and will Cech be the last one for
seasons to come?
