I noticed with some amusement, the TV appearance of David Green - Leader of Bradford Council.

Whis is this chap Jorge.. He seemed to make great capital of his TV slot. He'd obviously gone out of his way to put on his best sparkling diamante right earing, to impress the viewers..and very fetching it looked, indeed.
