I would like to think young Ramsey is simply happy to be in a first 11 starting position at such a fantastic club, unlike say Wilshere for example, or Walcott.

The tactical nuances of his being selected on the "wing" are hardly so restrictive as to remove him from central involvement in play and indeed to restrict his movement in all areas of the pitch.
