Some people have been blaming the GoT producers for last night's horror "IT WASN'T IN THE BOOKS DAMMIT AAARGH!"

This has led to the producers pointing out that it is about to happen in the books which has led to "AARGH UR SPOILING THE BOOKS DAMMIT BOO"

One commenter suggested that this sacrifice could save 00s of 000s of lives as Stannis is the only one capable of defending the wall and who recognises the true enemy which leads to "AARGH! YOU SUPPORT CHILD MURDER "

and so on.

Maybe if people didn't want the books to be spoiled by the TV show the writer should have, like, finished the books long ago.

They had to do something with Stannis, ffs. He was just sitting around in the snow doing f**k all. And how do they know that wasn't going to happen in the books? I seem to remember the last time he was seen in the books was sitting around with his army in the snow.

Bran. He's a tree. His expression changes slighty. We don't know why. He carries on being a tree.

CLOSE UP His tree face starts to smile.

And as for the book which concentrates for f**king ages on Tristayne going to try and marry Dany, only to get burned to a crisp, thus basically making that whole plot line a waste of time...ffs!

And then another f**king Targaeryen turns up, thus f**king up Dany's claim, making one of the biggest plot threads of the whole series of books a waste of time. Maddening.

He really is a timewasting fat c**t that man.
