Parliament Hill by the tennis courts (where Ashberto once served me my arse) so we didn’t have to worry about our child pissing anyone off as there were plenty of other sprogs around.

There was, however, a surprising number of filthy pikey c**ts around us – far more than you would expect in such a well-heeled spot. One family had erected a giant balloon in the shape of a number 1 (to mark their child's birthday) that looked inescapably like a *****.

They were generally well behaved but their voices and appearance were a little off-putting. They also stole my son’s foam football and it took me about 30 minutes to pluck up the courage to ask for it back.
