If we objectively analyse what Wilshere said it self-evidently shows that he did not say anything inflammatory:
He simply asked what people thought of '****' and what people thought of 'Tottenham' in two separate and distinct questions. Further he provided no answer to either question. Wilshere has no insidious power to subvert and influence the minds of others.
Clearly it seems the FA have connected the two questions together, perhaps indicating a reflection of their belief that Tottenham are in fact indeed ****. However they are free to believe whatever they want.
