View Full Version : That goal, that bloody goal. I'm still in mild shock from how good it was

And to think beforehand they were saying Sanchez and Ozil were yet to convince in big games and had "gone missing".

have to have wires attached to his testicles before he will admit that Ozil has played wonderfully.

Maybe that's what it is, just rank jealousy. I quite liked DM as a player, as a commentator the only reason I like him is that he sounds like Big Ron (sans "colourful" comments)

their talent would have been similarly overlooked by the majority of people.

This is probably a legitimate criticism of Ozil. He should score more.

utterly f**king perverse imo.

I mean, he knows. He knows! How can he deny what he knows?

He *was* very expensive

ex-England, highly experienced midfielder, and a 17 year old Cesc tore him apart all afternoon.

I felt quite sorry for him, tbh.

Or getting a hound to explain coursing. One must have some sympathy with them.

wide, he expends so much energy he hasn't got the legs to go forward.

"What Ozil did against Villa, he ended up in the wide positions because he saw the space. When he starts wide, he gets isolated and trapped.

"He thrives on confidence. The flexibility and variation is crucial for Arsenal to be successful."

At one stage, I thought they were going to climb down to pitchside and start sucking Fabian Delph off, while this Grealish chap is apparently a player whose boots Zidane is not fit to lace. Hilariously, they were coming out with all this guff while on the pitch, we were quite clearly playing them off the park. :hehe:

I like a bumpy lady.

I wonder what first attracted her to the multi-millionaire professional footballer...

Good timing too. We needed to freshen things up.

As does your mum.

Great run from Monreal. The ball into his path from Walcott, the cross, the nod down and the hit with his weaker foot at waist height.

One of the goals of the season.

I think it may well be the best FA Cup final goal ever

As if they had been hard done by all game. Their players seemed intent on removing our players' shirts all game

They could possibly have salvaged a tiny amount of respectability had the referee been more generous.

Excellent work by the oddly personality-free cross-cum-shot merchant there.

claiming a penalty was somewhat redundant.

The boys sitting together asking each other questions with attendant bantah.

It must be said that young Theo, Jack and Kieran really do appear to be charming kids, with Jack playing the part of the village idiot and Theo the more mature, intelligent one, enjoying the company of his friends with a wry smile.

Lovely boys. Really.

First one was outside the box and the second one Grealish came up under Bellerin's (iirc) arm
