My preference would then be Langer because he doesn't look as disgracefully scruffy as Gillespie. However, I understand that the latter is supposed to to be an excellent coach.

I hope that we don't stuff NZ and they then give the job to Farbrace.

Unless, Strauss has already got one of Gillespie or Langer to agree, I can't see either of them particularly wanting the job. Farbrace it is - maybe with some more experienced back up

Otis departing as the bowling coach had a very negative effect on the team and he was doing a sterling job with the Windies until they couldn't pay his wages.

says a lot that England snapped him back up immediately as the bowling coach again.

He's the man for England.
