View Full Version : anybody know any tricks to speed up recovery from what i assuem is bruised metatarsal

or similar ? web only talks about stress fractures or breaks, but mines been pretty painfull since very long run 10 day ago , but can still run 2 to 6 miles on it fine daily plus cycle etc..it just sort of dull hurts then sharp little bits occasionally..so i assume time just wondering if any tricks anyone knows ?

as in training..think its on mend ..i was looking for any magic ..but by look of that site the magic will be a magic gel bad or metatarsal pad ..im going to go and ask for this magic cure in boots :-)

Alright, here's a question for you. My calf is tight on the inside of one leg and when I get past a few miles it's agony. What's the best way around this? it's basically calf stretches with my heel turned in, isnt it?
