I mean, I love him - he's a wonderful footballer, but he'll never be at *that* level unless he learns sometimes it's better to look up and release the ball.

Also we really need to sort out our formation/Ramsey problem. We play better with him in the team, no doubt. But we can't keep shoving him on the right and then letting him drift in field all game to leave Santi/Hector covering constantly, can we?
