Going to get a head start to my journey oop norf by getting to Northampton on Wedenesday evening. Terrific deal at the Hilton.
I take it there's a nice medieval city centre and an area of bars and restaurants?

Inoffensive would probably be the most descriptive term.
It's like a weak, milky cup of tea. You wouldn't ask for another one but you wouldn't risk offending your nan by refusing it.

A simple salade des pieds de cochon aux truffes, lobster Newburg and a bottle of Montrachet should see us through to th morning.

Is Nottingham up that way as well? I thought it was more, yu know, near Wales.
probably not helped by getting arrested there whist a teenager and charged with drunken n disorderly , resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer imo.. they dropped the assault part.
