Tie or no tie? Tie says "I mean business, I'm just not very individual". No tie says "I'm a maverick, I don't play by the rules (or perhaps own a tie)".

Maybe a cravat would be a safe middle ground.

I don't know if to carry on that trend or go for the more Wall Street type shirt I have with white collar and cuffs. Pink pin stripes.

It's going to be interesting. I also believe my current place will try to keep me with promotion and 10% increase.
