I genuinely can't think of anything less appropriate. How embarrassing.

It just goes to show just how unlike his unendingly crass and vulgar countrymen Mr Benaud was.

Cities resemble North american cities. Drive on the left though.

Their language is a weird mash of english and american english.

DUDE that was bloody Awesome mate.

Canada is off the books for me now. Shame could have a comfortable life there but decided against it.

Italy is possible. Like a 2nd home really might be buying a place there soon. I like the life style.

It's a dusty wilderness of strip malls and 18 lane motorways :shudder:

terribly sad news, isn't it?

I remember him now - Morning all and welcome to Lord's - the sun is shining, there's barely a cloud in the sky. A wonderful morning for cricket.

He'd say that to the cameras while having breakfast with Mark Nicholas and Johnathan Agnew on the Nursery Ground before play.

Last time I went I rented an apartment whilst It's not a true reflection on what it is like to live there it was a bit realistic than staying in a hotel.

Friendly bunch these Californian's I had people knocking on my door to introduce themselves. (to be fair one bloke wanted to find out if I could get him some pills) but I liked it.

Plus I went to the Gibson factory in Beverley Hills.
It's something to do with my musical interest that makes me enjoy being there.

On the other hand I love New York. But I wouldn't live there. Even though it's not the most historical place I do love the Art Deco styles of say the Crylster buidling.
And the Woolworth Building. Which is the same Woolworth as Woolworths.

I also like the views from the Hollywood hills or Runyon canyon.

I'd move there tomorrow.

I think it's all a bit over the top. I just said I like a place instantly everybody 'IT'S ****!'

You don't get the same reaction on here if I mentioned somewhere else that's not in the USA.

I shall no longer mention the US it will only possibly be referenced in my 'handle'
