at all 3 major companies.

Equifax, Experian, Callcredit.

Now they are all completely different It's a mess. Whilst one gives you a great score another one is average. It's a bit weird really.

I may be possibly looking to buy a house at some point so getting all this **** in order. I have one problem where the balance of an account has not been updated since 2013 as the company has gone out of business. I can't contact them to update my file.

Jesus christ I've become boring.

also if your curious I also fixed my electric shower.

I've just bought a house and had trouble getting a mortgage even though I had a good deposit and wasn't borrowing that much.

Turns out I had hardly any credit history so they were nervous about lending me money. I've now got a credit card and all mortgaged up.

There will be variances in their data inputs and their recommendations, otherwise there would be no market for all 3 to exist.

Ultimately it comes down to the information within their CUG and how they choose to apply it before making their finding, which is only a recommendation.

One end user may decide that an average rating is good to go, a more cautious end user not.

8-)

and you owe everybody money so you have a basic bank card only, They won't give you a overdraft or a cheque book etc.

And then that person wins the lottery. What bank are they taking the funds too.

Or will you have to sit there with your cheque with nowhere to deposit it.

They moved down to building societies at one point, but they then all became banks too. Post Offices then became de rigueur, but they are all closing.

Sad times for single stocking sellers, Black and white striped jumper makers and specialist hacksaw manufacturers.

All then paid back each month.

Because I have not had a mortgage for many moons and used to pay cash or Debit card I had nothing to measure credit wise.

Spend a lot on credit then pay it back on time and they love you.

I now have a credit rating better than RBS

We are rather modern in this sense. Rather than f**king about how to divide **** up just put it on the one card.

The days when you could swap the debt from one to the other without incurring a charge. I had 20k on 7 cards at one point after renovating my house. 15k paid back without a single penny of interest.
I transferred the last 5k to a bank loan when they started to charge for swapping.

Probably saved 3k over that period.

The garlic sauce is the predominant taste sensation.

Served 'open' on a hand made naan, still warm from the cooking to order. It is a true thing of beauty.

Now the meat is possibly ears and arseholes but I care not one jot. It is what it is. If I wanted sauteed foie gras for example I would go to One Pico.

I would estimate them to be 3rd in terms of numbers behind United and Celtic, their fans tending to be chaps of at least 30 years of age.

There isn't actually any in here anymore, we had 1-2 very vocal in the past but they have moved on. Very much chaps stuck in the past, any comment or dare I say 'banter' was met with comments about 5 European Cups etc.

The lads I know socially I haven't encountered since last weekend, not even a friendly post game text based joshing.

Ftr my boy is (he believes) the only Arsenal supporter in his entire year at school, certainly in his class of 30.
