View Full Version : Okay, something odd is going on. I've just read an article by George Monbiot that I totally agree
with. I don't like this at all

Consider the question, 'Monbiot vs x, who is correct?'.
As we know, the answer is always x.
Now if I can remember the basic rules of quadratic equations from my schooldays, and do a little substituting of terms, stand by, just a moment...
Monbiot vs Daily Express. Applying our scientific and mathematical rules, we know that the Daily Express is the more correct of the two.

seems a bit rich for Monbiot of all people to go around accusing people of making hysterical, quasi-apocalyptic assertions based on shaky evidence.

I've idly wondered whether Seamus might be the secret son of Pilger (who seems terribly quiet these days; possibly dead?)
