If that happens I'd expect the usual suspects to be out spewing their bile again.

If we finished 4th and lost the semi final from this point, serious questions would rightfully be asked - by me included.

aganist Reading coupled with a strong league run from Man Utd. Neither of these events would reflect on Wenger's performance in putting this team together.

The time to judge him is May 2016. If he's still got it, we'll challenge properly next season.

the man fat of his blood gorged glans, including, I'll wager, cleaning out his jap's eye with the tip of your tongue, what did you actually say to him?

Sie waren ausgezeichnete Tage.'

He said, very kindly, 'Thank you very much. Yes, they were great times.' Then he smiled, zipped up his baby's-arm-holding-a-Jaffa, said, 'Bye bye then' and f**ked off. Without washing his hands.

You could argue that we tossed away progression in the CL. We've still yet to win the FA Cup, or finish higher than 4th.

It looks promising but it still all has that all too familiar post script.

and on various other occasions this season.
I like him. He always scores goals and plays with the right spirit.

He's no Aguero or Ronaldo and can always be relied upon to stink the place out once in a while but he always bounces back with a well deserved brace..

Always a useful one to fall back on when you're made to look stupid

Look how he played for France at the World Cup. Brilliant one game, then totally anonymous in the following two.
It's the same for us. Would I prefer a better striker ? ofcourse. Is he top drawer ? Too inconsistant.
He's one of those players, as too, I suspect is Welbeck.

I'd still like a top drawer striker but then I'd still like us to win the league, unlike those who think that being also rans is our default position..
