Spurs, who are onto their tenth manager since Wenger arrived, almost certain to finish out of the top 4.

Interesting....

A very good season with the added bonus of (possibly) the best player in the League elevating them to new heights. I don’t think many people expected them to repeat it.

The status quo has been re-created and will be so for many a season I expect.

I don't know the ins and outs of their squad movement, but surely that is a bizarre statement?

but no doubt he'll be out the door within a season barring him achieving the impossible.

Finishing in the top 4 or finishing above us?

If we finished 7th and they finished 6th they would no doubt see that as a successful season

as your manager, or b) billionaires bankrolling you, then your club's participation in the Champions League is likely to be brief.

said AW didn't do a great job keeping us top 4? Also, i'm not sure Fabregas, in his last season with us, was such a huge influence on the team, certainly not like Suarez was for Liverpool. Nasri was never that important, he had about 6 excellent months out of about 3 years for us. The Little Boy Inside, that's certainly valid. Not sure such comparisons can be applied to everyone though. Like when you say Arsene has us competing with billionaire clubs and all that, trying to smack it in my face like a wet spoogy towel, you fail to mention that we're one of Europe's richest clubs and we have been buying superstars for the past two years. Also, what would that make someone like Diego Simeone? Twice the genius Arsene is? I do admire you fanatical resistance to anything negative said about our French legend, but you sometimes twist and demagogue things round to suit your viper tongue. We all want Arsenal (and that means the manager too) to do well. Personally, 2nd or 3rd (and 4th even, who cares) plus the FA Cup, would make me a very happy soul.
