Creaseless tea towels? For me, that's taking things too far, Clive.

Roughly 80/20 at a guess, maybe even 90/10 but the sheer human touch of giving that 10% is worth it's weight in gold.

I do none of her ironing. She does none of mine.

The only way to fairly and accurately measure the division of labour is to count stuff that you both, equally, think needs to be done.

General household **** I f**k off on the basis of "that doesn't need ironing, it is only a tea towel / duvet" etc - as per your opening post.

You are right though, in terms of meaningless stuff that needs done my input rises. Thank you.

Actually, a lady does them for us as there's an ironing service at my OH's school but she's **** so I always end up doing the collars and cuffs
