I told you about the chap who used to have the allotment next to mine, didn't I? The one who gave me a recipe for making booze out of marrows that involved propping one up vertically, scooping out much of the middle and pouring in sugar and water?

He said that what dripped out of the bottom of the marrow as it decomposed was booze. And that he drank it. :-(

I can only presume he's dead now.

I've been to see some new sheds, but the ones I liked were 3k and upwards. I'm not sure I want to spend 3 grand on a bleeding shed. I'll look again after easter imo.

It must surely be better than the current stage where they desperately want to be mobile, but haven't yet mastered the skills required, and so spend the entire time moaning with frustration.
