Something in the pipeline. Very early days but sounds incredibly interesting with a Los Angeles Based company. Plus I get to work from home.

There are plusses and minuses.

The plusses are that you are your own boss, to a certain extent. The boss can't say much if you are doing the biz. You can come and go as you please. You can take time off whenever you want.

The minus of that is that in reality you end up working many more hours and in my 30+ years as a working stiff I have never taken more than a week off at any one time.

even some paid sick leave !! that there big offer wont cut much mustard in UK and that 20 days is minimum and I wont talk until it hits 25 :) ..they look totally lost sometimes :)

10 days of holiday with pay is a luxury here. I've never had a paid vacation. I sometimes wonder what that would be like, laying around on a beach somewhere and still getting paid.....
