I've never been to Germany, Spain, Portugal or Scandinavian countries.
Haven't been to Austria before but that's soon with my business trip.
There are loads more obviously. Ireland I've never been to Ireland.

Maybe go to Amsterdam. No need to worry about languages then. Though you can get by easily enough.
I didn't find the French in Paris that rude to be honest. Actually quite helpful.
If you can't be arsed to fly make it as easy as possible and go to Paris for a couple days on the train.
