I interviewed a bloke only a few years ago, he was telling me he was a singer songwriter and that he wanted to be "the new Noel Gallagher”. I leaned forward and pointed out to him that I was looking for data entry staff for a short term contract. He got up and left the room.

Another time I was interviewing a lady in London and she just fell off her chair onto the ground as I was talking. For a second I thought it was a candid camera thing and thought I may need to call an ambulance. This time I left the room.
