My filling come loose again . first time new came loose after one day. the second two weeks afterwards

So frustrating as in lots of pain. I decdied to book a emergency appointment with my old private dentist. Just not sure i can trust my nhs dentist anymore. The new guy i been seeing is nice bloke but so far the fillings he put in have not lasted long. Not sure if his or my fault but it just make me doubtful.

Have i made the right call to do emergency with my old dentist ? :rubchin: He more expensive but he did good job of my teeth before.

When you're frantically gumming away at a piece of steak, you won't be saying, 'Oh goody, I saved myself 300 quid at the dentist', will you?

Anyway, using the NHS is accepting charity and you have too much dignity for that. You have a job, don't you?

filling with my old dentist but with stuff like root canals or crownds then i think have think about it as it cost me so much.

But your right about teeth being main issue. It might be my fault and my teeth are in constant pain.

I ate a steak, two lamb chops, a pork chop, two sausages, a chicken breast, mushrooms and an egg - with salad to finish - what in God's name was I thinking?

to hold a filling and the dentists are just ripping you off now.

You were in a meat frenzy. The important thing to do is try to put the whole sordid episode behind you, metaphorically and literally. The first question we're going to have to address is how we're ever going to get your bowels moving.

I shall dose you sir. 'Tis the Blue Pill for you!

I've also got chicken sandwiches for lunch.

Will I never be set free?

I forbid it. You will **** yourself into oblivion at best, and possibly contract ebola of the gizzards.

It's gone on no far too long and the nhs keeping screwing you around.

It's also a pity that not one person on AWIMB is a dentist who can help you! Appalling in fact.

if i do it privately it cost me up to nearly 800 pounds. Need both a crown and a root canal on two different teeth.

just can,t afford it with my financhal situation . I work in marketing but not paid loads and have to be careful with money and private treatment would leave me f**ked money wise

I don,t fancy do such extensive treatement either with the nhs guy who did two filings only for both to come out. He nice guy but i don,t think experience enough to do root canal or crown.

But to expensive with private dentist either who would leave me bloke

my family go to this decent experenced nhs who they say good but hard to see.

God what a mess . don,t look after your teeth and they bite your bottom

some big calls i got to make
